One of the Beacons most consistent baseball players, Waxman is among the top hitters to ever compete on the harbor campus. Currently sitting in the top-10 all-time in career batting average as a .355 lifetime hitter, Waxman also places eighth in career games played with 130. He was one of the driving forces in the Beacons’ success in the early 2000’s. As a senior Waxman led the Little East Conference with a .400 batting average and also set the program record for RBI’s in a game with eight and for home runs with three. His nine home runs in 2001, sits as third most in a season, while his 22 career homers is second most. A Second Team All-Little East Conference honoree in 2002 and 2003, Waxman ended his four seasons with an impressive .568 slugging percentage.
