PROVIDENCE, R.I. (February 9, 2026) – The Little East Conference announced its weekly award winners on Monday, with UMass Boston women's ice hockey senior goaltender Leah Bosch (Minnetonka, Minn.) being named LEC Goalie of the Week following her performance in Saturday's victory over Vermont State University Castleton.

In the Beacons' 1–0 win against the Spartans, Bosch stopped all 28 shots she faced to secure her fourth shutout of the season and the 10th of her four-year career. The milestone marks a new program record for career shutouts at UMass Boston.

Bosch and the UMass Boston women's ice hockey team return to action on Friday, February 13, at 6:00 p.m. against 2026 LEC Regular Season Champion Norwich University.
