BOSTON, MA (February 16. 2026) The Beacons' men's track & field delivered a series of personal bests and conference-leading marks on Saturday at the Crimson Open, highlighted by a standout day from junior Justin Riley (Weymouth, Mass.) as the team continues to gear up for the Little East Conference Championships.
Riley clocked a personal best 8.51 in the 60m hurdles, moving into the No. 1 spot in the LEC. He followed that performance with another PR in the 400m, crossing the line in 50.46.
First-year Omar Mishal (Peabody, Mass.) added depth in the 60H with a time of 9.30.
In the short sprints, first-year Liam Feliz Montilla (Boston, Mass.) posted a 7.23 in the 60m, while senior Melvin Wiltshire (Boston, Mass.) recorded a time of 22.87 in the 200m.
The Beacons made a strong statement in the high jump as Feliz Montilla cleared a personal best 1.98m. His mark ties him for No.2 in the LEC, alongside sophomore Alex Huynh, who matched the 1.98m clearance while hitting his season best.
Senior Neville Richards (Wellington, Fl.) led the way in weight throw with a mark of 14.48m. First-year Areno Saint-Victor (Peabody, Mass.) added a strong 13.79m performance in the event, while senior Olutemi Alofe (Roslindale, Mass.) recorded 12.10m.
In the shot put, Saint-Victor continued his meet with a personal best 13.70m, ranking among the top 10 in the LEC. Alofe followed with a personal best 13.37m, also moving into the conference's top 10, and first-year Ariel Arcena (Chelsea, Mass.) posted a mark of 12.10m.

The Beacons now turn their full attention to championship season as the Little East Conference Championships take place next Saturday, Feb. 21, at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, N.H. The meet will serve as the final indoor competition for those who have qualified. Additional details and coverage information will be announced later this week.
Those not competing at LECs will begin preparations for the upcoming outdoor season as the program transitions into its spring campaign.
