Sadie Campanella and Julie Reddy opened the match with an 8-3 victory over UMass Boston's Logan Smith (Southwick, Mass,) and Kelsey Shea (West Bridgewater, Mass.) at number two doubles.
Number one doubles would be the next match to finish, with Kristy Garcia (Miami, Fla.) and Martina Daelli (Florence, Italy) falling 8-2 Chelsea Brown and Kim Daigle.
In number three doubles, the Anchorwomen's pair of Jorgie Martin and Noelle Tiberi took an 8-2 decision over Kathleen Conroy (Quincy, Mass.) and Vicky Woytowicz (Springfield, Mass.).
Rhode Island College kept the momentum going into singles play, as Reddy defeated Shea 6-0, 6-0 at number four singles to make it 4-0.
Brown earned the match-clinching point at third-flight singles, with a 6-3, 6-3 win over Smith.
The Anchorwomen added a win at number two singles, when Daigle downed Daelli 6-3, 6-2 and pushed the advantage to 7-0 as Campanella held off Garcia 6-1, 7-5 at number one singles.
Tressa Cannata became the seventh Anchorwomen to earn a point, as she dealt Conroy a 6-3, 6-1 defeat.
At number six singles, Celebi took the first set 7-6 (7-5), but couldn't hang on, as she dropped the next two sets 6-2, 10-7.
