BOSTON, MA (January, 26, 2026) --- The Beacons' track and field teams competed at the MIT Gordon Kelly Invitational on Saturday in Cambridge, Mass., where they saw strong showings across the track and field, highlighted by multiple personal records and collegiate debuts.
Women's Highlights
- Shea Roche (Weymouth, Mass.) continued to shatter personal records, shaving 13 seconds off her mile time to finish in 5:19.86, ranking 3rd in the LEC.
- First-year Molly Hilditch (Auburn, Mass.) and senior Abigail Schell (Boston, Mass.) also posted career-best performances in the mile, with Hilditch finishing in 6:08.74 and Schell in 7:02.20.
- In weight throw, junior Isadora Teodoro Marques (Billerica, Mass.) recorded a personal-best mark of 11.93m, ranking inside the top 15 in the LEC.
- Nimatu Johnson, Kiyani Liriano (Boston, Mass.), and Brianna Furtado-Fernandes (Brockton, Mass.) recorded personal bests in the 60m dash. Johnson finished in 8.47 seconds, followed by Liriano in 9.17 seconds, and Furtado-Fernandes in 9.88 seconds.
- Johnson and Liriano also made their collegiate debuts in the 200m dash, with Johnson finishing in 29.09 seconds and Liriano in 31.12 seconds.
- Aryianna Garceau (Dalton, Mass.) continued her standout season in the 60m dash and long jump. Garceau ran 7.79 seconds in the dash to rank her first in the LEC and posted a 5.30m mark in the long jump, ranking 4th in the conference
Men's Highlights
- First-year Liam Feliz (Boston, Mass) recorded personal bests in both the high jump and long jump, clearing 1.91m in the high jump and jumping 5.96m in the long jump.
- First-year Adrian Peña Mendez (Quincy, Mass) opened his collegiate indoor career in the 60m dash, finishing in 7.43 seconds
- Sophomore Alex Martins (Malden, Mass) and first-year Kurt Dietrich (Nanuet, N.Y .) made their collegiate debuts in the 400m dash, with Dietrich finishing in 54.50 seconds and Martins in 57.28 seconds.
- In the 800m dash, Sky Roberts-Clarke (Boston, Mass.) and Vincent Caruso (Scarborough, Maine.) posted personal bests, with Roberts-Clarke finishing in 2:07.43 and Caruso in 2:08.46
- Micah Groff (Beverly, Mass.) recorded a PR in the mile, finishing in 4:46.68. Noah Gendebien (Lisbon, N.Y .) also competed in the mile, opening his collegiate career with a time of 4:41.73.
- Jailen Butler (Boston, Mass.) posted a personal best in the triple jump, recording a mark of 11.21m.
- From the thrower's circle, senior Olutemi Alofe (Roslindale, Mass.) recorded a season-best mark of 12.50m in shot put. Senior Neville Richards (Wellington, Fla.) followed closely with a throwof 12.49m, while first-year Ariel Arcena (Chelsea, Mass.) posted a personal best 12.03m. Arcena also made his collegiate debut in the weight throw, recording a mark of 10.15m.

The Beacons men's and women's teams will split next weekend for the two-day Harvard Invitational in Cambridge, Mass. The men will compete on Friday, January 30, while the women will take the track on Saturday, January 31.
