BOSTON, MA (August 21, 2025) – UMass Boston men's and women's tennis head coach Malcolm Neville has announced the 2025 schedule for the Beacons' women's tennis program, featuring 14 total matches split evenly between home and road contests. The Beacons will look to extend their dominance in the Little East Conference after capturing both the regular season and postseason championships for the third straight year in 2024.
The season opens on Tuesday, September 2, at 3:00 p.m., when the Beacons host Suffolk University at the Boston College High School Tennis Courts. Their final home contest is set for Tuesday, October 14, at 3:00 p.m., against the University of Southern Maine. Admission to all home contests on campus is free across all sports.
LEC play begins Saturday, September 13, against Western Connecticut at 1:00 p.m. from BC High and concludes with the regular season finale on Saturday, October 18, at 1:00 p.m. at Rhode Island College.
The non-conference slate is highlighted by a matchup against 2024 CNE postseason champion Nichols College on Thursday, September 11, in Dudley, Mass., at 4:00 p.m. UMass Boston will also face the University of Maine at Augusta for the first time in program history on Saturday, September 27, at 1:00 p.m.
The LEC Tournament will begin Tuesday, October 21, with times and locations to be determined, and will conclude with the championship match on Saturday, October 25.

• Colby-Sawyer Tennis Jamboree at Colby-Sawyer – 9/7 – 10 AM
