BOSTON, MA (April 25, 2024) – The UMass Boston men's tennis team prepares for postseason tournament play in the Little East Conference following the LEC releasing the 2024 standings and post-season tournament schedule.

The current LEC men's tennis standings are as follows:

1: Bridgewater State (5-0) - beat RIC to win potential tiebreak
2: Rhode Island College (5-1)
3: Western Connecticut (3-2) - beat UMB and SSU to win potential tie breaks
4: Salem State (3-3) - Beat UMB to win potential tiebreak
5 UMass Boston (2-3) - Beat VTC to win potential tiebreak
6 Vermont State Castleton (1-4)
7. Southern Maine (0-6)

The first round of the 2024 LEC men's tennis tournament will take place on Tuesday, April 30^th with the Beacons traveling to compete against the fourth-seeded Salem State Vikings, with the winner advancing to face the top-seeded Bridgewater State Bears on the Bears' home courts.
