Box Score BOSTON, Mass. – After a Julia Masionis (Milford, Mass.) goal tied it at one goal each, Wentworth Institute of Technology netted three goals in the final 45 minutes to hand women's soccer a 4-1 non-conference loss Wednesday evening at Sweeney Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Trailing 1-0 from the 18th minute of the first half, Masionis evened the score at one-all in the 43rd minute. Jessi Beverlin (Eagle River, Alaska) assisted on the first goal of the year for Masionis. With the momentum in their corner heading into the break, the Beacons were poised to take the lead in the second half.
However, less than 10 minutes into the second half, the Leopards regained their lead with a goal from Mary Pastorelli. From there, Wentworth would tack on two more goals over the final 15 minutes of play to secure the victory.
Alyssa Fugiel (Easthampton, Mass.) had another busy night, as the sophomore tallied 12 stops in the tough loss. Jessie Tenaglia (Braintree, Mass.) closed out the match with three stops of her own. The Beacons defense also had their hands full throughout the contest as they battled the Leopards offense, which compiled a total of 32 shots, 19 of which were on goal.
