Box Score SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.—Senior Matt Lemire (Townsend, Mass.) scored his second goal of the game with 2:30 remaining in regulation, to lift #10/11 Men's Hockey to a 3-2 road conference win over host Skidmore College.

HOW IT HAPPENED
After Skidmore College scored two third-period goals to erase a 2-0 deficit, Lemire tallied his first game-winner of the season at 17:30 of the third.
Lemire has recorded two goals in two of his past three games and leads the Beacons with his four goals overall.
Junior Albee Daley (Averill Park, N.Y.) who scored twice on Friday night at Castleton University, opened the scoring Saturday to tie his career-high for goals in a single-season with three.
In net, Billy Faust (Alta Loma, Calif.) made 25 saves on 27 total shots, to improve to 4-0-0 on the year. Faust has now won 17 of his past 19 decisions, dating back to last season.
Adam Moodie and Connor Pelkey each scored for the Thoroughbreds, who have dropped five-straight to open the 2015-16 season. Sophomore Jack McDonald posted 40 saves on 43 shots in his best performance of the season.
Despite outshooting the Thoroughbreds 11-7 in the first period, neither side could break through in a quiet opening frame.
Daley opened the scoring at 6:11 of the second, when senior defenseman Andrew Crawford (Medford, Mass.) fed him in traffic, and the junior captain beat McDonald short-side.
It took the Beacons just 1:36 to double their lead, as Lemire scored the first of his two goals, with a power-play tally. Senior Frankie DeAugustine (Pittsburgh, Pa.) poked the puck away from a defenseman over to Colin Larkin (Waterford, Mich.) and Lemire potted in Larkin's rebound, to make it 2-0 at 7:47.
Skidmore snapped a 124:22 scoreless drought at 9:07 of the third, when Anthony Bird fed Adam Moodie, who cut the deficit to 2-1.
Just over five minutes later Skidmore tied the game on the power-play. Connor Pelkey scored at 14:27 to tie the game 2-2.
With the clock winding down and two key points up for grabs, UMass Boston came away with the game-winning goal at 17:30. Lemire was able to sneak the puck inside the far post for a 3-2 lead. DeAugustine and junior defenseman Brett Mason (Rowley, Mass.) were credited with assists on the play.
BY THE NUMBERS
