BOSTON, MA (June 24, 2025) – Following standout performances both on the track and in the classroom, three members of the UMass Boston track and field program have been named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Teams, as announced earlier today.
Sophomore Justin Riley (Weymouth, Mass.), junior Shea Roche (Weymouth, Mass.), and junior Aryianna Garceau (Dalton, Mass.) each earned Academic All-District honors after maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and recording a top-50 regional mark during the 2024–25 indoor or outdoor seasons.
The CSC Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Track & Field teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined excellence in athletic performance and academic achievement. Honorees are selected across four divisions: NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
Of the three Beacons recognized, Garceau is the lone nominee advancing to consideration for CSC Academic All-America® honors, which will be announced on July 15, 2025.
