PROVIDENCE, R.I. (April 7, 2025) – After securing a pair of first-place finishes at the Regis Spring Classic on Friday, April 4, junior hurdler Aryianna Garceau (Dalton, Mass.) was named the Little East Conference (LEC) Track Athlete of the Week for the second time this season.
Garceau earned 20 total points with her dominant performances. In the 100m hurdles, she clocked a season-best 14.11 seconds, securing first place overall and posting the third-fastest time nationally in the event.
In the 200m dash, Garceau finished in 25.10 seconds, claiming fifth overall in the NCAA Division III New England rankings.
Currently, Garceau ranks first in the LEC for the 100m hurdles and second in the LEC for the women's 200m dash as she continues to shine on the outdoor track.
Garceau and the Beacons track and field team will return to action on Saturday, April 12, at the Westfield State University Jerry Gravel Invitational in Westfield, MA. The meet will begin at 10:00a.m, with complete meet information to follow.
