Beacons Look for Fourth Straight Win

Boston, MA (Mar. 11, 2025) --- The UMass Boston women's lacrosse team will look to win their fourth straight game to start the 2025 season when they travel to the Buccaneers of Massachusetts Maritime Academy Wednesday, March 12th for a 6pm game. 


Beacons 

  • The Beacons have scored double-digit goals in each of their three games while keeping their opponents to under ten goals. 

  • Elizabeth Crowley (Medfield, Mass.) was announced as the Little East Conference Goalie of the Week after her nine save performance against Suffolk University. This marked the program's first ever weekly LEC award recognition.  

  • Kaitlyn Ondrick (Westfield, Mass.) scored a season-high four goals to lead the team in their win over Suffolk University. 

  • Hannah Rich (Rockland, Mass.) leads the team in goals with ten and points with eleven. 

  • Eight different players have recorded at least a point through three games. 


Buccaneers 

  • The Buccaneers are coming off a 16-3 loss to Nichols. Karah Deveah scored two of the teams three goals in the loss.
