Boston, MA (Mar. 10, 2025) --- The 3-0 UMass Boston men's lacrosse team will look to make it four straight wins to start their season when they host the Saints of Emmanuel College on Tuesday, March 11th at 4pm on James Cotter Field.

Series History 

• The Beacons and Saints have met three times in their history with the Beacons winning two of the three. The most recent victory came last year when UMass Boston won 18-9. In that game Greg Wolff (Kingston, Mass.) scored five times and recorded an assist for a six-point performance while Dale Wills (Summit, N.J.) led all players in points with nine - thanks to three goals and six assists. James Boldy (Hopedale, Mass.) made 12 saves through 55 minutes of action to record the win. 

Beacons 

• Patrick Carey (North Andover, Mass.) was named LEC Defensive Player of the Week for the second straight week. Carey also appeared on the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Team of the Week following the first week of Beacons' action against Clark University and the University of Hartford Hawks. Through three games Carey holds a perfect shooting percentage scoring three times off three shots on goal. 

• After a four-goal performance over the University of New England, Jack Schartner (Bolton, Mass.) leads the team in goals with seven on the season and points with eight.  

• James Boldy has made 34 saves through three games, holds a 6.00 goals against average and .647 save percentage.
