PROVIDENCE, R.I. (December 8, 2025) -- The Little East Conference announced UMass Boston track and field's Aryianna Garceau (Dalton, MA), the reigning NCAA National Champion, as this week's LEC Runner of the Week, after wasting no time picking up where she left off in the previous indoor track season.

On 12/6, at the Boston University Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, she sprinted a strong 24.9 seconds in the women's 200m – a performance that put another 1st place win under her belt.

On 12/7, at the Track at New Balance Season Opener, she lit up the track with an amazing performance, clocking an 8.65 seconds in the 60m hurdles — an incredible time that continues to highlight her speed, technique, and authority in the event.
