PROVIDENCE, R.I. (November 17, 2025) – After a standout week on the hardwood, UMass Boston sophomore forward Cameron Perkins (Danbury, Conn.) has been named the Little East Conference Player of the Week.
Perkins powered the Beacons on the offensive end through two tightly contested games, averaging 34.5 points per game on 46% shooting (24-52), including 50% from three (6-12), while adding 8.5 rebounds per game.
His week was highlighted by a career performance against Salem State, where he poured in a career-high 47 points on 17 made field goals in an overtime battle with the Vikings, solidifying his bid for weekly conference honors.
Perkins and the Beacons return to action on Tuesday, November 18, at 7 p.m. when they host Fitchburg State at Clark Athletic Center Gymnasium.
