BOSTON, MA (June 28, 2024) -- For this month's iteration of 'Beacon Features', UMass Boston softball head coach and 2024 Little East Conference Coach of the Year Natalia Ardagna, discussed with university photographer Javier Rivas the importance of her self-identity and how we can continue to provide an inclusive environment for everyone, everywhere.

Coach Ardagna outlines her experiences of coming out and how to provide a level playing field for everyone battling behind closed doors.
