BOSTON, Mass. – In a two-day event held at The TRACK at New Balance, UMass Boston Women's Indoor Track competed at the Riverhawk Invitational on Friday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Sophomore
Dorinda Okorji finished with a season best time of 8.05 seconds in the Women's 60 Meter Dash Preliminaries but was unable to qualify for the final heat, finishing 13
th overall. Freshman Alessandra Albano ran in the 200 Women's Meter event, finishing in 33.51 after competing at the GBTC Invitational last weekend for the first time in her collegiate career.
Senior
Charlotte Millette posted a strong finish in the Women's 400 Meter Run, placing 48
th overall in a time of 1:14.31, her second-best performance in the event this season.
Sophomore
Harleen Bassan nearly broke her personal best this season in the Women's 800 Meter Run, placing 53
rd overall in a time of 2:44.97 while freshman Angelina Mazzone was close behind with a 2:52.53 finish.
Freshman
Jacqueline Earner posted her best time of the season in the Women's 1,000 Meter Run, finishing in 3:18.21, breaking her previous mark of 3:21.44 set at the Reggie Payou Memorial Invitational two weeks ago.
Freshman
Aryianna Garceau finished in a time of 9.91 seconds in the Women's 60 Meter Hurdle Preliminaries, besting her previous record of 9.96 seconds in the Reggie Payou Memorial Invitational finals of the event.
