The Beacons best chance to get on the board came in the top of the seventh, when they had the bases loaded, but they would come up short.

Salem State would score their first run of the day in the first, on an RBI single by Richard Fecteau.  Their second run of the day came on an RBI double by Teghan Malionek in the fourth.  Malionek would also record a triple in the non-conference game.
