Boston, MA (Sep. 16, 2024) --- The Beacons of UMass Boston travel to Dean College to take on the Bulldogs Wednesday at 6pm. 

Beacons 

The Beacons enter the contest with a 6-4 record after recently taking on no. 10 MIT on Saturday. Through ten games the Beacs have taken on two top 10 teams. Paige Coulson leads the Beacs in scoring with 96.5 points while Dylan Wertzberger has been the most efficient scoring 3.40 pts/s and collecting 3.90 digs/s defensively. The Beacons have seen success at the service line with Mary Matthews leading the charge with 14 service aces. Toni Guerra is close behind with 13 while Paige Coulson and Lauren Westlund both have 12 service aces. 

Bulldogs 

The Bulldogs of Dean College enter the game with a 2-5 record. Their two wins have come against Bay Path University to start the season on August 30th and Curry College September 14th.  Emily Ball leads the Bulldogs with 60.5 pts and averages 2.63 pts/s on offense. Defensively Skylar Raskevitz has been making her presence known averaging 4.48 Dig/S while Chloe Demaio leads Dean College in blocks with 10 on the season.
