PROVIDENCE, R.I. - UMass Boston Women's Basketball fell to 0-3 on the road this season, dropping a matchup with defending Little East Conference champions Rhode Island College on Saturday afternoon, 90-40.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Anchorwomen jumped out to an early lead on Saturday, taking a 16-2 lead into the second quarter. The Beacons chipped away at the lead, getting baskets from five different scorers to cut the deficit to 42-14 at the half.
The third quarter was the best of the afternoon for UMass Boston. Paige Olivierre knocked down back-to-back three-pointers and
Sophie Bradbury put in three shots from the floor. Each of them finished with a team-high eight points.
The Anchorwomen racked up another high-scoring frame in the fourth, putting the game away by a final score of 90-40.
