Getting UMass Boston on the board at 8:39 of the first period was Edy Moritz (Guilford, Conn.), as she drove home her first career goal as a Beacon. Fresh off of her first-ever two point contest, senior Kristina Bove (Medford, Mass.) continued her strong play as she assisted on the Moritz goal, along with Katie Barry (Abington, Mass.).
