PROVIDENCE, R.I. (February 23, 2026) – The Little East Conference announced its final weekly award winners of the 2025-26 regular season on Monday, with UMass Boston's Adrianna Kelsch (Bourne, Mass.) earning Rookie of the Week honors.

Kelsch recorded a pair of goals — including the decisive tally — in Friday night's 3-0 win over NEC. She finished the weekend with a +3 rating as the Beacons secured back-to-back 3-0 shutouts over the Pilgrims.

Kelsch and the Beacons' women's ice hockey team concluded the season as the conference two-seed, earning a first-round-bye, and will play the winner between LEC No. 3 Southern Maine, and LEC No. 6 Plymouth State at 4:00 PM on Saturday, Feb. 28 from the Edward T. Barry Ice Rink.
