In four wins and one draw for the Beacons' softball team, Mary Matthews continues to shine in her role. She totaled nine hits in the five total games, including three doubles, and six stolen bases. She tied a 20+ year program record for second-most stolen bases in a single game with four steals in the 12-3 win over Western Connecticut State on Sunday in game two.
