Jennifer Peel joined the Beacons for her first season as an assistant women’s basketball coach in 2021.
Peel comes to the Beacons after a successful playing career at Division II St. Anselm College. She played in 51 games with the Hawks and was named to the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll six times.
In 2018-19, Peel helped St. Anselm win the 2018-19 NCAA East Region Division II Title and made it all the way to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight.
Off the court, Peel has worked as a coach and camp counselor with the Mass Premier Courts/Behn Basketball Camp for the past seven years. She has coached an AAU Team for eight-grade athletes and ran small-group clinics during the 2020 summer.
Peel has also served as a Summer Girls’ Basketball Coach/Clinic Coach at her high school alma mater, Mansfield High School, from 2018 to 2020. She worked as a summer coach for the varsity team for all three summers and also developed and implemented skills training programs.
She graduated St. Anselm College in May of 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
