NOTABLES
- Made a huge impact as a freshman, stepping in as one of the top mid-distance runners and jumpers on the Beacons roster
- Became only the second student-athlete in program history to be named LEC Outdoor Rookie Field Athlete of the Year
- Set three program records as a freshman: Triple Jump (Indoor), Long Jump (Outdoor), Triple Jump (Outdoor)
- Named the Little East Conference Rookie of the Week on two occasions
- Opened his collegiate career by finishing in second-place in the 500M (1:08.71) at the UMass Boston Indoor Open
- Earned points in five different events at the Little East Conference Indoor Championship Meet, including setting the program record in the triple jump (46-00.50 feet)
- Won the 400M hurdles (57.84) and the long jump (21-04.00 feet) at the Smith College Pioneers Invitational on April 7
- Took home victories in the long jump (22-09.75 feet) and 400M hurdles (56.61 seconds) at the 2018 Little East Conference Outdoor Championship Meet
- Set the program record in the long jump (22-09.75 feet) at the LEC Outdoor Track & Field Championship Meet
- Ended his freshman season by breaking the program record in the triple jump (46-00.75 feet) at the MIT Final Qualifier
PERSONAL/HIGH SCHOOL Graduated from Hamden High School in 2017 … Was a five-time All-State honoree, and eight-time SCC champion, 12-time West Sectional champion, and a two-time All-Area honoree … Led Hamden High School to an SCC Championship … Son of Aleta Harrell … Currently majoring in Exercise Health Sciences.
