2012-13 Was one of the Beacons top competitorsall season having participated in a total of 56 individual eventsincluding two decathlons … Set the program record in theindoor 200 (22.53) and 300 (36.85) meter dashes on January 26 andDecember 8 respectively … Member of two record setting relayteams … Set the program record in the decathlon with acombined 5,687 points on May 16 and 17 … Recorded a newpersonal best in the 400 meter dash with a time of 50.36 seconds atthe NCAA Division III New England Regional … Alsorecorded  new career bests at the Tufts University Multi-Eventin the 1,500 meter run (4:59.60), the discus (97-00), the high jump(5-08.75), and the pole vault (9-10.00) … Earned a newpersonal best in the long jump at the ECAC Division III OutdoorChampionship on May 16 with a leap of 21-11.50 feet …Finished the Tufts University Snowflake Classic with a new careerbest in the javelin following a throw of 106-09 feet on March 30… Recorded a season best time of 16.26 seconds in the 100meter hurdles at the ECAC Outdoor Championship on May 16 …Finished the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 58.10 at the LittleEast Conference/New England Alliance Outdoor Championship on April27 … Broke 20+ feet in the long jump seven of the 11 timeshe competed in the event … Recorded a season best throw of33-08.00 feet in the shot put at the ECAC Outdoor Championship.

2011-12 Was perhaps the busiest Beacon duringthe 2011-12 season competing in over 40 events ... Set the indoorprogram record in the long jump on December 10 with a finaldistance of 22-02.50 feet at the Harvard Open ... Member of fourrecord setting relay teams ... Recorded a new personal best in the55 meter dash on February 11 with a tiem of 6.75 seconds ... Alsoset a new personal best in the 60 meter dash on January 8 with atime of 7.20 seconds ... Recorded a personal and outdoor seasonbest time of 22.55 seconds on May 5 at the NCAA Division III NewEngland Regional meet in the 200 meter dash ... Would go on to seta new personal indoor best time in the 200 on December 10 at theHarvard Open with a tiem of 22.88 ... Posted a top time in the 400meter dash with a time of 50.37 seconds at the UMass DartmouthCorsair Invite ... Competed in the 110 and 400 meter hurdles acombined 10 times, with his best time in the 110 marked at 15.46,while in the 400 he finished with a time of 57.48 seconds ... Earned his second-best mark in the long jump on February 11 at theLittle East Conference/New England Alliance Championship meet witha distance of 21-05.25 feet.

2010-11 Had a standout sophomore season withUMass Boston ... Finished in 18th place in the first meet of theseason in the 400 meter dash with a time of 51.51 seconds ... Tookthird place at the Dartmouth Relays in the Distance Medley Relaywith a time of 11:38.54 ... Recorded a 10th place finish in thelong jump at the Dartmouth Relays with a jump of 6.28 meters ...Later broke that mark at the Reebok Boston Invitational with adistance of 6.31 meters to finish in 10th place ... His jump of6.46 meters at the LEC/New England Alliance Championship meetearned him a 6th/4th place finish in the long jump ... Took 9th/6that the championship meet in the 400 meter dash with a time of 52.43seconds ... Recorded a second place time in the 200 meter dash atthe LEC/NE Alliance with a time of 22.98 seconds ... Opened up theoutdoor season with a jump of 6.23 meters in the long jump at theNortheastern Husky Spring Open ... Recorded a 5th place time in the100 meter dash (11.74) at the Tufts University Snowflake Classic... Went on to finish in 1st place in the long jump at the CorsairClassic with a leap of 6.83 meters ... Took second at theconference championship with a time of 22.57 seconds in the 200meter dash.

2009-10 Competed in three indoor meets andquickly established himself as one of the Beacons' top athletes ...Made his collegiate debut on January 29 at the Boston Reebok Gameswhere he fi nished 18th in the 55M prelims with a time of 6.93seconds and 26th in the 200M event, clocking in at 23.56 seconds... On February 6 at the Tartan Invitational at Smith College,matched his fastest 55M dash time of the season at 6.90 second tofinish ninth while also fi nishing ninth in the 200M race byclocking in at 23.97 seconds and also fi nished fi fth in the longjump with a leap of 6.06m ... On February 13 at the LEC/AllianceChampionships, fi nished in the top 12 in all four events hecompeted in including a fourth place fi nish in the long jump witha leap of 6.14m, seventh in the 55M dash with a time of 6.90seconds, 11th in the triple jump in his first attempt at the eventwith a jump of 11.16m and a 12th place fi nish in the 200M racewith a time of 23.81 seconds ... Continued to excel during theoutdoor season, competing in a total of 12 different events whileappearing in seven total meets including the ECAC New EnglandChampionships and the Holy Cross Decathlon ... On May 1 at the ECACChampionships, placed 19th in the long jump with a leap of 6.08m... Over the weekend of April 15, fi nished 13th overall in theHoly Cross Decathlon, registering four top-10 individual finishesby placing third in the 100M dash with a time of 11.44 seconds,third in the long jump with a leap of 6.36m, sixth in the high jumpwith a leap of 1.78m and ninth in the javelin with a throw of38.93m ... On April 17 at the MIT Spring Invitational had a pair ofthird place finishes in the 100M dash and long jump with a time of11.81 seconds and a jump of 5.99m ... On April 24 at theLEC/Alliance Championships, had four top-10 finishes on the LECside, placing seventh in the 100M prelims with a time of 11.77seconds, seventh in the long jump with a leap of 6.13m, ninth inthe triple jump with a leap of 11.71m and ninth in the 200M racewith a time of 23.69 seconds.

PERSONAL/HIGH SCHOOL Four-year letterwinner forChelsea High School ... Helped the Devils to the 2008 CommonwealthAthletic Conference Championship ... Named the CHS track team'sMost Valuable Performer for 2006 and 2007 and was undefeated in the400 meters for two years ... Majoring inExercise Health Science with a minor in Spanish ... Also a memberof the UMass Boston cross-country team ... Currently serves as aUMB Orientation Leader and is a member of the Student-AthleteAdvisory Committee (SAAC) ... Received the 2009 and 2010 UMB Trackand Field MVP Award and was named the Break Out Rookie of the Yearin 2009.
