Boston, MA (Sep. 25, 2024) --- UMass Boston volleyball swept Saint Joseph's of Maine 3-0 on Pride Night. 

How it Happened 

• The Beacons started strong hitting .286% in the first set and limiting the Monks to only 12 points. 

• Dylan Wertzberger and Mya Perron led the Beacons in kills with 7. For the Monks, Maggie Sylvester matched the Beacons leaders with 7 kills on the night. 

• Addie Blomgren had half of the team's 6 blocks pushing her to 19 blocks on the season. 

• The Monks doubled up the Beacons in errors with 22 to the Beacons 11. 

Next Up 

The Beacons start LEC play on Saturday at Plymouth State University. The first serve is scheduled for 12pm.
