Milton, MA (Sep. 10, 2024) --- The UMass Boston women's tennis team defeated Curry College 6-1.  

Doubles 

In doubles the Beacs found success with all three pairings. Zainab Patel and Lydia Chan defeated Ella Hurley and Sam Ferrara 8-1 in #1 Doubles. In #2 Doubles, Ayonna Stuppard and Kate Vivia Romero beat Cayla Osowski and Grace Coopee with a score of 8-2. To round out doubles, Tatiana Malone and Shreya Saravana Rakshana won 8-4 against Serena Wilson and Kaitlyn Foster. 

Singles 

Lydia Chan highlighted singles beating Sam Ferrara (6-0, 6-0). Patel, Rakshana, and Malone also found success winning their singles matches.
