Portland, Maine (Oct. 2, 2024) --- UMass Boston remains undefeated in LEC action following their 8-1 win over the University of Southern Maine in Portland, Maine Wednesday. 

Doubles 

The Beacons saw success on every doubles court. In #1 Doubles the pairing of Zainab Patel and Lydia Chan defeated Muriel Lattin and Katherine Dallaire 8-0. Tatiana Malone and Shreya Saravana Rakshana took down Makayla Morello and Madison Viveiros 6-0, while #3 doubles saw Kate Vivia Romero and Kayla Clarke Calderone win by forfeit over Olivia Tabor and Regina Pasi. 

Singles 

Patel, Chan, and Malone all swept their opponents 6-0, 6-0 in number 1, 2, and 3 singles respectively. Kayla Clarke Calderone picked up the win in #4 singles over Olivia Tabor 6-2, 6-3.
