WEYMOUTH, Mass. - UMass Boston Women's Tennis continued their dominance in Little East Conference play on Saturday, winning two of three doubles matches and five of six singles for an aggregate 7-2 victory over in-state rival UMass Dartmouth.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Beacons' premier doubles duo, Elena Albono and
Ayonna Stuppard, made quick work of their opponents sweeping the match for their 13th victory in their last 18 tries.
Lydia Chan and
Meagan Carney went the distance with their UMD counterparts, squeezing out a narrow 8-7 win to put the Beacons up 2-1 going into singles.
Sandra Watson added to her dominant debut season on Saturday, sweeping her singles match to improve to 4-0 on the season. All three of her singles wins in conference play have come via the sweep. Albano and Stuppard finished off their days with a singles win with
Meagan Carney and
Shreya Saravana Rakshana following closely behind with wins in their respective matches.
Despite dropping the final singles match of the night, the Beacons comfortably took the overall matchup by a final score of 7-2.
