PLYMOUTH, N.H. – A goal from McKayla Palhof in the 86
th minute lifted Plymouth State University to a 1-0 Little East Conference win over women's soccer Saturday afternoon at Arold Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Palhof's tally broke what was a back-and-forth stalemate as both teams looked for their first points in the conference standings. The unassisted tally was the first of the season for the forward.
For all 90 minutes the two rivals were evenly matched with neither team breaking through on a combined 10 chances respectively.
Plymouth State held a 13-6 advantage in total shots, with Beacons goalkeeper
Maria Spylios making five stops in the tough loss.
Sophia Holland, played a majority of the match, making three stops, while Elena Register made one stop in the final five minutes of regulation.
