Amelia Devlin finished with 11 assists in the non-conference loss

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Peyton Oliver put down 14 kills to lead Johnson & Wales University to a 3-0 non-conference win over volleyball Tuesday evening at Wildcat Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
 
Oliver's team-leading night earned JWU back-to-back 25-17 wins in the first and second sets, before they closed out the match with a 25-19 win in the third.
 
On the night, Oliver was red-hot hitting .435, while Masina Tupea dropped in 10 kills.
 
Taryn Broughal and McKayla Geraghty were the top-2 hitters for the Beacons with Broughal scoring seven kills, while Geraghty finished with six. Amelia Devlin registered 11 assists.
 
Toni Guerra anchored the Beacons defense with seven digs, while at the net Katie Rennie tallied a pair of block assists.
