BOSTON, Mass. – Battling less than stellar conditions, the men's tennis team cruised to a 5-2 decision over Clark University Saturday afternoon at BC High School Tennis Courts.

HOW IT HAPPENED
UMass Boston jumped out to a 2-1 lead in doubles play with
Rudraksh Trivedi and
Alexander Comerchero earning an 8-6 victory at second flight. Pierre Fumat and
Rez Yuspi earned an 8-3 win at the third flight.
In singles play,
Nandish Shah registered a 6-1, 6-4 decision at second flight. Trivedi and Fumat earned 6-3, 6-3 and 6-0, 6-1 wins respectively at fourth and fifth flight.
Clark's lone singles win came at first flight.
