MILTON, Mass. – After tough two matches, men's tennis got back on the winning track as they defeated Lesley University by the final of 9-0 Monday afternoon on the Curry College campus.

In doubles play David Hernandez (Bogota, Colombia) and Charles Lai (Boston, Mass.) made quick work of their opponents as they earned an 8-1 decision.  Lyle Analetto (Belmont, Mass.) and Himanshu Dubey (Lucknow, India) followed suit as they cruised to an 8-0 win to give the Beacons the early 2-0 lead. 

Singles play resembled the doubles matches as Hernandez made quick work of his opponent at first flight with his 6-0, 6-0 decision.  Alex Loyer (Chelmsford, Mass.) also had a strong showing as he downed his opponent 6-2, 6-0. 

Seth Shavers (Boston, Mass.) and Dubey each recorded 6-0, 6-1 wins at third and fourth flights respectively, while Brian Sou (Revere, Mass.) closed out Monday's victory with a 6-4, 6-3 decision. 

Men's Tennis returns to action on Saturday when they travel to Rhode Island College for a 1 p.m. Little East Conference match.
