Graduate pitcher, the 2024 Little East Conference Pitcher of the Year, and the Beacons' softball team all-time strikeouts leader, Bri Melchionda (Marshfield, Mass.), continues to find success with the Beacons to begin the 2025 campaign. In Sunday's 2-0 extra inning victory over the Oswego State Lakers, She pitched all nine innings, and struck out a program-record-tying 15 batters of the 33 total she faced in a shutout performance on the mound to keep the Beacons unbeaten through their first four games to begin the year.
