In two crucial victories for the UMass Boston men's ice hockey team over the weekend against Albertus Magnus, Jude Kurtas (Hillsborough, N.J) was pivitol in both wins on Friday and Saturday. In Friday's 3-2 OT win, Kurtas assisted on Michael Krupinksi's (Dallas, Tex.) game winning goal. On Saturday, Kurtas recorded another assist, and scored the Beacons' final goal, an empty netter that traveled the entire length of the ice for three total points over the weekend.
