Jackie Perez was named the new Associate Director of Athletics for Facilities, Operations, and Sports Administration in January of 2023. She came to the harbor campus after serving as Director of Facilities at the EDGE Sports Group from 2021-23.
 
Perez is tasked with providing leadership and oversight of all athletics and recreation facilities and operations and will work closely with university facilities staff on current facility improvements, renovations, and new construction.
 
She will also lead, develop and manage the facilities master planning initiatives for athletics and recreation and work strategically with athletics department leadership to continually improve facilities processes and policies.
 
Additionally, as an administrator for multiple sports, Perez is responsible for all facets of program oversight, including evaluating Head and Assistant Coaches' performance, budget planning, and goal setting.
 
During her time with the EDGE Sports Group, Perez has overseen the management of seven facilities, including ice rinks, turf fields, and basketball courts. She has managed an extensive budget and has been responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment under her watch. She has worked with vendors and local officials to ensure all facilities meet appropriate codes and standards.
 
A former standout for the Norwich University Women's Hockey program, Perez was a member of the 2011 National Championship team. After graduating from Norwich in 2013 with a degree in Business Management, she played professionally with the Boston Blades of the Canadian Women's Hockey League.
