Tyla Parker is in her first season as an assistant volleyball coach at UMass Boston.
A former Beacons standout, Parker played for UMass Boston during the 2019 season. In her lone campaign with UMB, Parker was the go-to libero. In 87 sets played, she registered a team-best 358 digs (4.11 dps), and combined for 525 service receptions.
Away from Beaconville, Parker serves as an assistant coach at DIGS Volleyball Club with the 16 National Team in Oakland, NJ. She also serves as the assistant at Sideout Sports with the 13 National team.
She currently works as an analyst at Liberty Mutual.
