If students are involved with the event a second approval form must be filled out through Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs office.  
Ask Business Manager for assistance.

• Golf tournament 
• Hall of Fame dinner 
• Senior Toast 
• UMBY’s  
• Team dinners 
• End of year team dinners
