Equipment Inventory

Each department will be asked to review their equipment inventory spreadsheet annually.  


In preparation for budget hearing each year the above areas will need to confirm per the equipment replacement plan if those items need to be replaced.  These requests will happen every January unless otherwise directed.  
 
All items in your possession with a yellow UMB  property tag are your responsibility.
 
Every two years the University runs an audit and does a reverification of all items in the database. 
 
All laptops, iPads will require an updated property pass to be filled out every two years until the equipment is returned to supervisor/business manager. 

The Business Manager can assist with property passes and surplus of equipment not needed anymore or does not work.
