All student-athletes are permitted to work on or off campus at any time. All employment compensation must only be for work performed, at a rate equal to the going rate for similar services, and not include any pay for value or utility that the student-athlete may have for the employer because of publicity or reputation that he or she has obtained due to their athletics ability.
