2016-17 Put together a huge campaign in his first year with the Beacons … Named the Little East Conference Rookie of the Year … Earned a spot on the LEC All-Conference First Team for doubles and Second Team for singles … Honored as the LEC Rookie of the Week four times … Led the Beacons with his 17 victories and ranked tied for first with nine doubles wins and second with eight singles victories … Registered a 17-14 overall mark … Finished the year 8-6 in singles, with his time split between second and third singles … Recorded a 9-8 mark in doubles with all but one of his matches at first doubles … Posted a 10-1 mark against LEC foes during the LEC Regular Season …  Finished the LEC Tournament and NCAA Tournament with a 3-1 record … Made his collegiate debut on September 25 with appearances at first doubles and third singles … Earned his first collegiate victory on March 12 with a 9-7 second doubles victory over Curry College … Collected his first collegiate singles win on March 30 with a 6-0, 6-2 win at second singles against Suffolk …  Recorded five-straight singles wins from March 30-April 15 … Teamed up with Austin DeLasse for back-to-back shutout wins (8-0) at first doubles from April 2-8 … Registered back-to-back three set wins at third doubles against Endicott College and Southern Maine on April 13 and April 15 … Defeated Bridgewater State’s Justin Haley 6-1, 6-3 at third singles in the LEC Semifinals … Earned an 8-2 win at first doubles in the LEC Championship Match against UMass Dartmouth … Paired up with DeLasse for an 8-4 win at first doubles in the first round of the NCAA Tournament against Nichols College … Trailed 7-5, 2-1 at third singles in the NCAA Tournament when the match reached decision.
