2015 Returned from a one-year hiatus from the team to become one of the team's top overall players ... Named to the Little East Conference Second Team All-Conference team at fourth-flight singles ... Finished the year with a 6-9 mark at second doubles and a 5-9 mark across several flights of singles play ... Ended the year with a 5-1 mark against LEC opponents in singles play and 4-2 record in doubles play ... Earned victories in seven of his final eight decisions ranging from April 18-April 30 ... Recorded his first two wins of the season on April 4 in a big 5-4 Little East Conference win over Western Connecticut State ... Teamed up with Austin DeLasse to go 2-0 with a pair of 8-2 wins at number two doubles in the Little East Conference Tournament. 

2014 Did Not Play

2013 Finished the year 2-1 overall in his first collegiate season … Made his collegiate debut March 21 with an 8-3 doubles loss against Division II University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez … Picked up his first collegiate victory with an 8-0 third flight doubles win April 12 at Ana Maria College … Registered his first singles victory in his first ever match, with a 6-0, 6-1 win at Ana Maria College April 12.

PERSONAL/HIGH SCHOOL Graduated from Harwich Senior High School in 2010 ... Spent his first two years at UMass Dartmouth … Three-sport athlete in high school (golf, football, tennis) ... Helped the tennis team to a South Shore League Championship in 2010 ... Named a South Shore League All-Star in 2010 ... Earned three varsity letters with the golf team and one with the football team ... Son of Moira McDermott and Shamus Fleming ... Has one brother, James, who graduated UMass Boston in 2012 ... Has run the Boston Marathon twice (2013 and 2014) as part of UMass Boston's Camp Shriver Charity Team ... Currently majoring in Economics with a minor in Political Science.
