2014 Produced one of the most impressive seasons as a pitcher/hitter combination in recent memory … Earned Little East Conference Second Team honors as a starting pitcher … At the plate he finished with a .252 average, .339 on-base percentage, and a .320 slugging percentage … Totaled 26 hits, three doubles, two triples, 14 RBI and 13 runs scored in 103 at-bats … Drove in the game-winning walk off run on April 18 against Western New England University an RBI single to right center … Recorded his first collegiate hit, the first of three, and also had one RBI and two runs scored on March 19 against Johns Hopkins University … Went 2-for-5 with two RBI against Western Connecticut State University on April 6 … Crushed his first triple on April 14 against the University of Southern Maine … On the hill, he started in nine games and went a combined 59 complete innings … Struck out 39 batters and walked just 12 … Ended the year with a 4-2 record and a 3.51 ERA … Had his best day on the hill when he struck out six and allowed just two runs on five hits in six innings of work … Went all nine innings and struck out five while allowing four runs on five hits to earn a Little East Conference win over Plymouth State University on April 25 … Against Rhode Island College on May 2 he struck out five and allowed just one run on five hits in seven innings.
2013 Made a combined nine starts in his sophomore season as the Beacons go-to ace … Recorded 57.2 innings of work and a 5-2 overall record … Named a Little East Conference Second Team honoree … Combined for a team leading 26 strikeouts, while only surrendering a mere 11 walks and 17 earned runs … Also allowed a mere eight extra bases hits … Finished the season with a 2.65 earned run average … Started the year off with a perfect 4-0 record, including going 2-0 against the first two Little East Conference opponents he faced … Went a combined three complete games … Had his best overall performance against Rhode Island College when he fanned six batters, while only allowing two runs … Notched his first win of the year over nationally ranked St. Joseph’s College (Maine) on March 15 when he allowed two runs on six hits in six complete innings of work … Led the Beacons to a 7-6 non-conference win in his second start of the year over McDaniel College on March 20 … Struckout five and allowed just two hits in the seven inning 12-0 win over Little East Conference rival Plymouth State University on April 27.
2012 Turned in the best pitching performance in program history by throwing the school’s first no-hitter against Wentorth Institute of Technology on April 25 … Named the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Division III Pitcher of the Week May 3, the first Beacon in program history to earn the award … Appeared in seven games while making four starts … Finished the year 1-3 with a 3.82 ERA in 30.2 innings … Struck out 23 batters and limited opponents to a .200 batting average … Pitched a scoreless inning in his collegiate debut March 11 in a 9-5 win over Franklin Marshall … Allowed two earned runs and struck out a season-high eight batters April 2 in his first start of the season at Westfield State … Threw a complete-game no-hitter with seven strikeouts April 25 against Wentworth to earn his first career victory … Needed just 126 pitches to accomplish the feat, allowing six base-runners to reach (four walks and two hit batters) in the Beacons 5-0 win … Allowed four runs on six hits in five innings against nationally-ranked Wheaton College May 2 … Played in the Tri-City League over the summer.
