Boston, MA (September 2, 2024) --- UMass Boston volleyball continues their road swing at Salem State University on September 4th at 6pm. 

NYU Tournament 

The Beacons began their season taking on no. 6 NYU at the New York University Tournament. After falling to no. 6 NYU, the Beacs beat St. Joseph's University Long Island 3-0 and Drew University 3-1.

Last Matchup: September 30, 2023 – The Beacons won 3 sets to 0.  

The Salem State Vikings hold the overall record against the Beacons 20-11 (since 1984), but UMass Boston holds the advantage in the more recent history, winning the last 5 meetings and not allowing the Vikings to win a single set in that time. 

Last year Mya Perron led all scorers with 13 kills followed by Paige Coulson with 8.
