MARSHFIELD, Mass. – Freshman netminder
Leah Bosch has been named to the 2023 New England Hockey Conference All-Rookie Team as announced by the conference office Thursday afternoon.
In her first season on the harbor campus, Bosch appeared in 16 games, starting in 13 of those. In 877 minutes of playing time, the Minnetonka, Minnesota native registered 425 saves and a 6-7-1 record. She heads into this weekend's NEHC Tournament with a 2.53 goals against average and a .920 save percentage.
Her career-best performance came when she made 42 stops in the conference loss to Elmira College on January 28. She posted 30 or more saves in six contests, including 37 against the University of Southern Maine, and 35 against defending National Champion Middlebury College on December 10.
On February 3, Bosch picked-up her first collegiate shutout behind a 21 stop performance at Johnson & Wales University.
