AUSTIN, Texas – A 3-for-4 day from
Drew Metzdorf lifted baseball to a 12-5 win over Concordia University (TX) in the series final Saturday afternoon at Tornado Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Metzdorf's day included a bases clearing triple in the top of the second inning to make it a 6-4 ball game. That hit along with an error by the Tornadoes would spark a 10 unaswered runs by the Beacons over the next four frames.
Jackson Snider picked-up his second win of the year after going four complete innings. He struck out three and allowed just two hits no Concordia walks.
Luke Leavitt and
Ethan Errera both put-up a pair of hits, while
Craig Corliss drove in four runs.
BY THE NUMBERS
