Box Score KEENE, N.H. – A Shannon Rosemond (Weymouth, Mass.) goal in the 76th minute proved to be the deciding tally as women's soccer closed out their 2018 Little East Conference regular season schedule with a 2-1 win over Keene State College Friday evening at Owl Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Rosemond's goal capped-off a quick rally as the Beacons scored both of their goals in a span of seven minutes. Cal Pitts evened the score at 1-1 in the 70th minute off a Jaclyn O'Grady (Somers, Conn.). Keene State did strike first in the conference match-up with Stephanie Spitz netting her first goal of the season just 15 minutes in.
Keene State would lead the first half in shots 6-4 but were quickly outmatched in the second with the Beacons offense firing on all cylinders. UMB outshot Keene 12-3 to closed out the evening with a 16-9 advantage.
Assisting on Rosemond's first career game-winning goal was O'Grady and Allie Crawford (Kingston, Mass.). With the assist Crawford set the program record for assists in a season with her 13th. She broke the original mark of 12 set by All-American Krista Ledin '15 in 2012.
Between the posts, Caroline Richards (Duxbury, Mass.) picked-up her fifth win of the campaign after making all five of the Beacons saves.
BY THE NUMBERS
- Friday's win marked the fifth all-time in program history for the Beacons
