Box Score BOSTON, Mass. – Despite outshooting Plymouth State University 22-13, men's soccer settled for just one goal, which was immediately countered by the Panthers as the two teams played to a 1-1 Little East Conference draw Saturday afternoon at James Cotter Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Eric Murakami (Sao Paulo, Brazil) scored the go-ahead goal in the 52nd minute, but the Panthers quickly answered back to tie the match at 1-1 in the 55th minute. Truls Julseth beat the Beacons Omar Castro-Dreher (Woonsocket, R.I.) one-on-one to the far post.
Murakami's unassisted goal came on a rebound after the Panthers Linus Lindeberg made the initial stop by the midfielder.
The two teams were evenly matched all afternoon with UMB holding a 5-3 advantage in shots in the first half. In the second half, it was shooting gallery as the two LEC rivals each registered 10 shots each. Still knotted at 1-1 heading into the overtime, UMB's offense looked to make one final push as they outshot the Panthers 7-0 over the final 20 minutes of OT.
Lindeberg was solid for the Panthers as he made seven stops, while Castro-Dreher registered four saves, three of which came in the second half.
