Box Score HACKETSTOWN, N.J. – For the second straight day, the women's soccer team was unable to register their first points of 2016 as the Beacons were defeated by Drew University by the final of 2-0 Saturday afternoon on the final day of the Centenary College Cyclone Classic Kickoff.

HOW IT HAPPENED
In a tightly contest match, Drew ended the scoreless draw in the 25th minute as Caroline Kelly found the back of the net for the Rangers. Drew was held to the lone marker for the remainder of the first half.
After the break, the Beacons continued to pressure Drew, but were unable to break through. Drew sealed the victory in the 76th minute on a Sarah Burcaw goal.
Sophomore Alyssa Fugiel (Easthampton, Mass.) registered four saves in the loss, while Drew's Ryan Jackson made five stops to earn her first win of 2016.
